The program is designed for any HR professional that works with compensation surveys and any HR professional looking to better understand survey data and how to leverage it.

A coaching approach helps managers move from being the expert and having all the answers (and answering challenging problems) to a question based approach to open conversations, as well as to create the space for others to think and explore.

Having an answer ends a conversation, but using questions keeps the dialogue going and helps people learn to think on their own. As a certified coach, Freddi will share the importance of understanding which types of questions to use when, and which question to avoid.
