Eileen has more than 20 years of experience in human resource management. She has a passion for organization assessment, talent management, compensation, and compliance. During her career as an internal HR executive and external HR consultant, Eileen has guided organizations through growth, dissolution, merger and acquisition by assessing current structures and programs and designing customized solutions to address human capital challenges. She has designed and delivered compensation programs, employee communications, on-boarding programs, HR audits, employee handbooks and policies, performance management programs and training, and applicant tracking systems for employers of varying sizes and industries.
Eileen is a partner at Hyrebuzz, has earned a B.S. degree in Business Education from Radford University’s School of Business and Economics. She holds Senior Professional in Human Resources certification with HRCI and a SHRM-SCP from SHRM.
